Southern Storage Advisors was founded by Bryan Quaschnick with a straightforward conviction: that self-storage owners deserve a broker who combines institutional-level market knowledge with the personal attention and responsiveness that only a dedicated, founder-led firm can provide.
With more than $110 million in closed transactions spanning his career, Bryan has developed expertise across a wide range of deal structures and complexities — including conventional sales, multi-property portfolio dispositions, bank-owned assets, CMBS loan assumptions, and defeasance transactions. Before launching SSA, Bryan spent seven years at Marcus & Millichap as part of the nationally recognized Karr-Cunningham Storage Team, rising to the role of Director of Investments.
Bryan’s professional foundation was built during more than twelve years of service as a Major in the United States Air Force. The discipline, accountability, and mission-first mindset he developed during his years in uniform are embedded in how he runs his business and serves his clients today.
