Bryan Quaschnick
“Self-storage owners deserve a broker who combines institutional-level market knowledge with the personal attention and responsiveness that only a dedicated, founder-led firm can provide.”
Bryan Quaschnick is the Founder and Principal Broker of Southern Storage Advisors, a self-storage investment sales brokerage serving owners and investors across Texas and Oklahoma. With more than $110 million in closed transactions — conventional sales, portfolio dispositions, CMBS loan assumptions, and defeasance — he has a command of the financial and structural details that separate a smooth closing from a stalled one.
Before launching SSA, Bryan spent seven years at Marcus & Millichap on the nationally recognized Karr-Cunningham Storage Team, rising to Director of Investments. His foundation is more than twelve years of service as a Major in the United States Air Force, where he led hundreds of personnel, managed assets valued at over $900 million, and deployed multiple times in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Freedom's Sentinel.
Bryan holds an MBA from TCU's Neeley School of Business and is a member of the Texas Self-Storage Association and the national Self-Storage Association. He is an active member of Grace Covenant Church, and his faith and family are the foundation that drives everything he does. He and his wife, Jenni, live just west of Fort Worth with their three daughters — and when he's not working on behalf of clients, the family is usually on the road in their RV, exploring America's national parks.
